Terms of service

The service

Boostbase is an online platform for tracking and improving how websites rank in Google: rankings, keywords and pages, analyses and action items. Features may be added, changed or discontinued; we announce material changes in advance.

Accounts and access

• Accounts are created by us or by your organisation's administrator. You only use your own account.
• You keep your sign-in details and two-factor authentication secret and report misuse to us immediately.
• We may suspend an account in case of misuse, a security risk or a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

You only use Boostbase for websites and advertising accounts you are authorised for. You do not attempt to bypass security, access other people's data, overload the service or extract data automatically beyond the functions we offer.

Your data

The data you enter or connect remains yours or your organisation's. You allow us to process it to the extent needed to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Third-party services

Boostbase uses data and services from third parties, such as Google (Search Console and, once available, Google Ads), DataForSEO and Anthropic. Their own terms also apply to the use of those services. We are not responsible for the accuracy and availability of third-party data.

Advice and results

Analyses, AI advice and action items are tools. You decide what to do with them. We cannot guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue: these depend on search engines and factors outside our control.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available and secure at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We schedule planned maintenance outside office hours where possible.

Fees

Prices and payment terms are set out in the quotation or agreement with your organisation.

Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount your organisation paid us in the twelve months before the damage occurred. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue, missed savings or damage from decisions based on data or advice from Boostbase. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness by Seoboost B.V..

Term and termination

The term and notice period are set out in the agreement. After it ends you can have your data exported; we then delete it as described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may change these terms. We announce material changes at least 30 days in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the District Court of Overijssel.
